For a successful clothing store, details determine success or failure

Many people know that details determine success or failure. However, do you think that the details you pay attention to, do customers really get it?

Some of the details we paid attention to in the past are actually from our own perspective, what do we think customers will think? In fact, sometimes, customers may not care about some things we pay attention to.

Window

The window, as the facade of the store, is always the first thing customers see. A good-looking display window can attract customers to approach and stop, and a good-looking display window can also attract customers to enter the store. The difference between the two lies in whether the details of our window are in place.

1. First of all, the models in the window should be uniform in terms of color, material and clothing style. Because the unsociable models will only create an abrupt feeling of "stand out from the crowd" in the window, and will also make customers unable to accurately understand the theme of the store, which will directly affect the entry into the store;

2. Secondly, the glass of the window should be kept clean. As the face of our shop, cleanliness is often more important than good-looking. Especially for our shops along the street, the windows are easy to accumulate dust, so we must pay attention to daily cleaning;

3. Props need to be maintained and updated in time. Good props can give an eye-catching effect to the display, and bad props can also destroy the overall atmosphere. Therefore, the props in the window should also be updated in time according to the overall style;

Magnet Point

When customers are attracted by the window and successfully enter the store, the first thing they will see is our Nakajima area. In Zhongdao, we usually set up PP (magnet point) or VP (key display area) to attract customers to choose clothes, and the details in the setting of Zhongdao are also very important.

1. Models at VP and PP points must dress cleanly and neatly without wrinkles. If customers see that the clothes we put on Nakajima's models are sloppy, then the clothes in our store will be less attractive in comparison;

2. The collocation of models should be as comprehensive as possible. Bags, shoes, hats, jewelry, etc. can be used to decorate the models, which can greatly drive the association of products and directly increase the association rate;

3. For the clothing worn by the model, the corresponding items must be placed nearby. In this way, it is convenient for customers to quickly pick up the goods and improve the shopping experience;

4. There needs to be a certain correlation between the clothing on the model and the nearby products. Even if there is no product of the same style.

Fitting room
From the time consumers enter the store, after passing through Nakajima and looking at the wall, they choose the clothes they like, and they have to try them on. At this time, the details of the fitting room often determine the probability of ordering.

1. The most basic and important thing in a fitting room is privacy. The details that cannot be ignored in this store, the better the privacy of the fitting room, the higher the favorability of customers;

2. The area of the fitting room should not be less than 1.5 square meters, so that customers can spread out during the fitting process without being "intimidated". If conditions permit, the area can be appropriately widened;

3. Stools, slippers, and hooks in the fitting room are all essential accessories. In addition, the signs of "fitting room", "occupied" and "unattended" at the lintel should be clear and eye-catching, so as to avoid embarrassing situations caused by uninformed customers;

4. The fitting room should be ventilated in time, clean, free from peculiar smell, and no debris should be piled up.
